In 1979 when we launched the Health Hut our focus was educating people to switch to whole grain flour, the dangers of too much salt, sugar, fats etc., and trying to convince people vitamins REALLY DO WORK!

Now our clients are much better informed, our focus now is to take our customers to that next level of a healthy lifestyle.
